The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Little India, close to Bugis MRT station and surrounded by a wide variety of food options. The spacious Courtyard Room, with large bathroom, is well-designed for individuals with disabilities. The friendly staff provide good service, and the TV has a great selection of channels. The availability of motorist parking is a plus, and the heating in the bathroom is perfect.

Some of the power points and lamps in the room were not working.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and quality of service provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal. Being situated in the center of Little India and close to Bugis MRT station, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, despite some negative reviews mentioning rusted furnishings, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for my needs, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Bugis MRT station and surrounded by an abundance of food options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was easily available, making it convenient for those with vehicles. The staff, especially the two male staff members at the counter, were friendly and accommodating. The room I booked, the Courtyard Room, was spacious and had a large bathroom. I also appreciated the fact that the TV had a good selection of channels and could be set up with personal accounts.

The room was comfortable and the service provided by the staff was friendly. The compact and functional room design was a highlight, making it easy to navigate and feel at ease. the location of the hotel was central, awesome for easy access to the city and other key areas.

There were a few drawbacks. the swimming pool water was quite unpleasant, being yellow and cloudy, unappealing for a swim.

Stylish room with comfortable bed. Poolside location was a plus. Early check-in was a nice gesture. Spacious bathroom with helpful fixtures. Sleep quality was excellent.

Our recent stay at The Great Madras was a good experience. The location in the heart of Little India was perfect, with easy access to MRTs and bus stops. The room wasnice and neat, and the check-in process was smooth, even when we arrived late. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a lack of hangers and a small issue with the peephole on the door, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.
